Konuk ISI's R&D department conducts a wide range of studies to achieve the most effective designs in terms of high performance, low cost and minimal environmental impact.

The computational infrastructure developed as a result of flow simulation studies is used to perform the thermal design and dimensioning of the products, then the constructive design is completed and the designed product is finalised through the production of prototypes.

Our company, which manufactures many different applications using fin and turbulator methods, has developed a special product called TURBOFIN using its expertise and knowledge of heat exchangers and has registered this design at the Turkish Patent Institute.

Following the completion of the constructive design, the prototype of the final version of the design is produced. The structural verifications as well performance verifications of the newly designed products are performed under the lab conditions and flow simulation working.

Our firms carries out many various applications with using fin and turbulator methods, by using our competence and knowledge on heat exchangers, developed a new product, named as TURBOFIN. That design is registered at Turkish Patent Institution.
